Step 1: Connect with a Veggie Gardener
Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll get a link to a calendar to schedule your initial consultation. Here we’ll talk about your space, what veggies you’d like to grow and what you want out of your garden. You will need to provide your physical address only after you talk to a veggie gardener.
Step 2: Agree on Your Gardening Package
You’ll work with your veggie gardener to develop a package that fits your needs, space and climate. Here’s what to expect at each step of building and maintaining a garden.
Installation Includes:
Vegetable garden planning
Installation of beds and soil
Plants selected, delivered and/or planted
Maintenance Includes:
Weekly/Monthly tending of your garden
Watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control
Harvesting (when needed or while you’re on vacation)
Garden Refresh Includes:
Removing old plants
Testing and improving existing soil
Plant selected, delivered and planted
Step 3: Choose a Start Date
Your gardener will give you a few options for when to start your garden. We take into consideration time of year, weather, moon cycle, the farmers almanac recommendations and plant availability.
For installations and Garden Refreshes: 60% of the payment is due before installation and 40% due at the time of completion.
For maintenance plans: your monthly fees will be auto drafted on the 1st of the month for that month’s service.
Cancelation
Monthly packages can be canceled at any time except on the 1st day of the month when billing is processed. We will not reverse payment once it’s been processed and any monthly fees paid will not be prorated or refunded.
Installations packages canceled:
– 30 days prior to installation will get a 95% refund of any monies paid
– 30 – 10 days prior to installation will get 50% refund of any monies paid
– Less than 10 days prior to installation no refunds
